  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and free gifts must be included

  • The item must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

  • The product serial number/IMEI must match our records


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Accessories once opened (earbuds, earphones, etc. for hygiene reasons)

  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a:

  • Physically damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Return Process

  4. The product must be securely packed before pickup/shipping

We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving refunds.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

If the product fails quality inspection, the refund may be rejected and the item returned to you.

  • Only one replacement request per order is allowed
